FTP Instructions.
The first step to FTP your files to us it to get a copy of Cute FTP for Windows from here. If you're using a Mac you can download Transmit from here. Do not try to upload your files via web browser. That will not work properly. Once you have the software that matches your system use the values below to access the Creative FTP server to upoload your files. Once logged into the server create a folder with your company name and upload your files within your folder. Also please be sure to keep you file names to under 31 characters long and do not use special characters such as $%#@&* in the file name.

Server: ftp.creativeforms.com
Username: upload
Password: Please Call for Password
Port/Protocol: SFTP / 22 (Secure File Transfer Protocol)
