Our highly skilled prepress department combines technology and craftsmanship to transfer projects from file to press. We have the most dedicated and talented professionals in the region that will make your project their passion.

Digital Matchprinting
We provide digital proofs to ensure color accuracy on press. We use the Epson 9800 and HP Z2100 Digital proofing systems to provide digital proofs up to 20” x 29”. These devices are color-calibrated to our presses using the G7 standard, which allows us to produce a proof that can be matched on press. Our new closed loop color from prepress to press allows us to decrease our make-ready time while still achieving our Quality Standards.

G7 Certified
We are G7 certified which insures that we can produce a project to exact industry standards. Utilizing the G7 standard allows us to produce proofs that are an accurate representation of the colors used in our customer’s files. Our proofing devices have built-in spectrophotometers which constantly calibrate themselves to assure that the G7 standard does not deviate. We are proud to be G7 certified so that we can always produce our customer’s projects to the highest industry standards.

High-Resolution Output
Our prepress department prepares all digital files for press including customized trapping and imposition. Projects are planned to make best use of press efficien-cies, paper sizes, and run length and the file is set up digitally accordingly. Using our Heidelberg Prinergy PDF Workflow we can supply the customer with Post-Rip PDF proofs. Our Suprasetter Thermal Plate System outputs files Direct-to-Plate with minimal dot gain ensuring the accuracy of your file.

File Transfer
We offer an FTP site to transfer files and accept files in various Mac and PC formats.
